Award-winning Miami restauranteur, 50 Eggs (Yardbird, Swine, Lime) was preparing to launch its newest fast-casual concept, Spring Chicken, and looked to Amicon to manage the prototype development and roll out. 50 Eggs experienced incredible success in the South Florida restaurant scene and was seeking an innovative design and concept to maintain their brand consistency through an upscale, fast casual customer experience.
Develop an innovative prototype representative of the Yardbird/50 Eggs brand, which is easily scalable, cost-effective, and consistent.
Amicon successfully oversaw and managed the entire design process for the flagship Spring Chicken site located in Coral Gables. We identified award-winning Edge of Architecture as a great fit for the project and brought them onboard early on. Amicon's multiple vantage points included branding, space planning and overseeing customer flow patterns.
