Experienced development firm Steelbridge Capital discovered a unique opportunity. Through their diligence and experience they located a premier property in one of South Florida’s top locations. But they had to act fast. With a limited amount of time for due diligence, they needed quality information in a hurry. They also needed assistance in confirming projected costs and project timelines prior to their closing. As the deal began to take shape, they needed someone to build a team, create a viable concept, and manage it all from conception to completion.
Amicon Management was hired as an outsource Director of Construction to manage all aspects of the construction and redevelopment effort. Amicon was asked to use its local network to build a team who understood value and quality as well has how to navigate the local permit approval process.
Repurpose an existing bank building for maximum leasability to a multitude of prospective tenants including restaurants, retailers and corporate offices. The project needed to make a statement architecturally within strict budget and schedule guidelines.
Las Olas Square represents an example of thoughtful, urban repurposing. The developer was able to transform an under-performing site into an iconic architectural gem and a thriving business center while raising the overall property valuation. The site is a perfect of example of how a clear vision, smart concept and careful execution combine to exceed client goals and expectations.
