Williams Island, known as The Florida Riviera, is nestled on 84 acres in the heart of Aventura. Williams Island offers an exclusive, private way of life at one of South Florida’s most prestigious addresses. The community boasts an amenity-rich lifestyle that encompasses a five-star, 27,000 SF spa and fitness center, a Grand Slam-inspired tennis center with 16 tennis courts, an inviting Cafe, a magnificent marina and exquisite fine dining, private functions and entertainment in their very own, recently refurbished Island Club – the center of Williams Island’s social life.
The community was designed and constructed three decades ago, and many of the amenities had become outdated in a competitive real estate marketplace. Amicon was brought in to analyze, strategize, and execute a strategic master plan and vision to modernize and revitalize the community. Some of the areas to be considered:
Build and manage a qualified design team capable of large scale, ongoing renovations in a fully-occupied and functioning community with minimal impact to residents. Provide value-conscious solutions for a complete community modernization on a limited budget.
All projects were met with overwhelming support and appreciation by the residents.
